A real figure, itemised. Not a range.
Print and stitch together
A screen-printed front with an embroidered sleeve is one order here, not two suppliers.

What we stitch
- Caps, beanies and visors
- Polos, button-downs and uniform shirts
- Jackets, hoodies and workwear
- Bags, aprons and patches
How big your logo can be
Embroidery is a chest-mark technique. It lasts longer than print and reads as more expensive, but it cannot give you a large graphic across a shirt front. These are the areas on the blanks we stock:
| Where it goes | Area you get |
|---|---|
| Cap front | 4″ × 1.75″ |
| Shirt or polo, left chest | 4″ × 4″ |
| Printed shirt front, for comparison | 12″ × 16″ |
A cap logo is about a twenty-seventh of the area of a printed shirt front, so a design drawn to fill a shirt has to be redrawn as a chest mark rather than shrunk. We do that work — just ask for it with your quote.
What stitches well
- Bold, solid shapes with clear separation
- Text at a reasonable weight. Thin script is the most common problem we see
- A small number of flat colours. Every colour is a separate thread
What thread cannot do: photographs, gradients, drop shadows, soft edges, and anything finer than about a sixteenth of an inch. That is the thread, not the machine. If your artwork cannot be simplified into something that sews cleanly, we refund it rather than make something you will not wear.

How it works
- Send your logo and tell us what you want it on.
- We quote within one business day, and tell you if the artwork needs simplifying.
- You approve the stitch-out. Nothing goes onto your garments until you have seen it.
- We stitch, and you collect or we ship.
What to send us
- Your logo in the best quality you have. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal — zip them if the form will not take them. See the artwork guide
- What you want it on, and roughly how many
- Whether you have a date to hit

Stitched the polos? The van is next.
Embroidered workwear and a wrapped vehicle are the same brand, done twice. We do both, so the colours actually match.
