This policy explains what N6 Graphics & Apparel collects when you use this site, why we collect it, and who else sees it. We are a small family shop, not an advertising company — we collect what we need to make and ship your order, and nothing else.

What we collect
When you place an order
Your name, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address. We also keep a record of what you ordered and any design or personalisation you created — the artwork, text, colours and images you supplied — because that is what gets printed.
We never see or store your card number. Payment details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded and the last four digits of the card.
When you request a quote
The quote forms on our vehicle wrap, embroidery and team & bulk order pages collect your name, email, phone number and the details of the job. If you attach photos or artwork files, we store those too so we can quote the work accurately.
When you create an account
Your email address, a password you choose (stored encrypted — we cannot read it), and your saved addresses and order history.
Automatically
Standard web server records: your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited. Our site uses cookies to keep your shopping cart working and to keep you logged in. If you block cookies, the cart will not work.
Who else sees your information
We share only what each company needs to do its job:
- Stripe — processes your payment. They receive your card and billing details directly.
- Printful — prints and ships most items in our shop. They receive your name, shipping address, what you ordered, and your design file.
- Customily — powers the design tool on our product pages. They process the design you create and turn it into a print-ready file.
- Our hosting provider — stores the website and its database.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. We will disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records and the artwork attached to them are kept for as long as we may need them for tax, accounting and reorder purposes. Quote requests and their attachments are kept while the job is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
Email us at n6graphics@gmail.com and we will:
- tell you what information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your account and personal details, except records we are required to keep for tax purposes
Children
This site is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
