This policy explains what N6 Graphics & Apparel collects when you use this site and our online catalogue at promo.n6graphicsandapparel.com, why we collect it, and who else sees it. We are a small family shop, not an advertising company — we collect what we need to make and ship your order, and nothing else.

What we collect
When you place an order
Orders and quote requests for catalogue products are placed through our online catalogue at promo.n6graphicsandapparel.com. There you give us your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, what you want, and any logo or artwork you upload. We keep a record of the order and the artwork, because that is what gets printed.
We do not store card numbers. You can pay online through our catalogue, by invoice, or over the phone. When you pay online, your card details go straight to the payment processor shown at checkout.
When you request a quote
The quote forms on this site collect your name, email, phone number and the details of the job. If you attach photos or artwork files, we store those too so we can quote the work accurately.
When you create an account
Accounts are created on our online catalogue, not on this site. An account holds your email address, a password you choose (stored encrypted), your saved addresses and your order history.
Automatically
Standard web server records: your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited. Our sites use cookies to keep the catalogue cart working and to keep you logged in. If you block cookies, the cart will not work.
Who else sees your information
We share only what each company needs to do its job:
- SAGE (Quick Technologies Inc.) — runs our online catalogue at promo.n6graphicsandapparel.com. They store what you enter there: your contact details, cart, orders, quote requests and uploaded artwork.
- The supplier that makes your item — receives what they need to produce and ship it: what you ordered, your artwork, and the delivery name and address.
- Your payment processor — when you pay by card, online or over the phone, the processor that handles the payment receives your card and billing details directly.
- Google — our email provider. Quote requests and order emails arrive in our Gmail inbox.
- Our hosting provider — stores the website and its database.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. We will disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records and the artwork attached to them are kept for as long as we may need them for tax, accounting and reorder purposes. Quote requests and their attachments are kept while the job is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
Email us at n6graphics@gmail.com and we will:
- tell you what information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your account and personal details, except records we are required to keep for tax purposes
Children
This site is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
