These terms cover orders placed through this website and custom work quoted through our forms. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders

An order is not accepted until we confirm it. Every custom item is reviewed by a person before it goes into production. If we cannot produce what you have designed — the artwork is too low resolution, the technique will not reproduce it, or we cannot print it for the reasons below — we will contact you and refund you in full. We do not print first and apologise later.

Prices are in US dollars and include the item and printing. Shipping and Michigan sales tax are calculated at checkout. We sell to addresses within the United States.

Artwork you supply

This is the important part, so it is in plain language.

When you upload an image, logo or text, you are telling us that you have the right to have it printed. That means you either own it, or you have permission from whoever does. Logos, team names, band names, characters, photographs and artwork usually belong to somebody.

If a claim is made against us because of something you asked us to print, you are responsible for it.

We will decline any order we believe infringes someone’s rights, and we may decline artwork that is hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or that we simply do not want our shop associated with. That decision is ours, we do not have to explain it, and you get a full refund.

You keep ownership of your artwork. You give us permission to use it only as needed to produce your order. We may show finished work in our portfolio or on social media — tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.

Design quality

Printed results depend on the file you supply. Low-resolution images print soft or pixelated. Screen colours never match printed colours exactly, and the same design prints differently on different fabrics and techniques. Embroidery in particular cannot reproduce photographs, gradients or fine detail.

We flag obvious problems before printing, but we cannot catch everything, and we are not responsible for the appearance of a design you approved. If you are unsure, ask us first — that is free.

Changes and cancellations

Custom items are made specifically for you, so the window is short. Email or call us as soon as possible. If your order has not gone into production we will change or cancel it. Once production has started we cannot, because the item already has your design on it.

Custom and local work

Vehicle wraps, signs, banners, embroidery and bulk orders are quoted individually and are not covered by the shop’s standard terms. Those jobs are governed by the written quote we send you, which sets out the price, the timeline, any deposit, and what happens if the job changes. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Accounts

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access. We may close accounts that are used to abuse the site.

Liability

If we get something wrong, we will replace it or refund it — see our Shipping & Returns page. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or a missed event date.

If you have a hard deadline, tell us before you order. We will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
