Everything is made to order
We do not keep printed stock on a shelf. When you order, that item is produced with your design on it. That is why custom work takes a little longer than ordinary retail, and it is why the returns rules below are what they are.
Production and delivery
Production: your item is printed or stitched before it ships. How long that takes depends on the product and how busy the shop is.
Shipping: delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. You will see the estimate before you pay.
Total time to your door is production plus shipping.
We ship within the United States. Orders containing several items may arrive in more than one parcel — different products are made on different equipment and sometimes in different facilities. You are not charged extra for this.
If you have a deadline, tell us before you order — email n6graphics@gmail.com or call (616) 421-9228. We will tell you honestly whether it is achievable. We would rather turn a job down than miss your event.
If something is wrong with your order
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, we will replace it or refund it. You do not need to send the faulty item back.
Email n6graphics@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo of the problem. That is all we need.
If your parcel never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will chase it or remake the order.
If the delivery address was entered incorrectly at checkout and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you. Reshipping to a corrected address is charged again, since the original was already made and posted.
Changed your mind, or ordered the wrong size
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size or wrong colour. Your item was made specifically for you and cannot be resold to anyone else.
This is not us being difficult — it is the trade-off that makes one-off custom printing possible at these prices. So please:
- Check the size guide on the product page before ordering. Sizing varies between brands.
- Look carefully at the preview. What you see in the design tool is what gets printed — spelling included.
- Ask us if you are unsure. Genuinely, ask. It costs nothing and it is a lot cheaper than a shirt you will not wear.
If you catch a mistake immediately after ordering, contact us straight away. If production has not started we will fix it.
Vehicle wraps, signs and bulk orders
Local and quoted work is not covered by this page. Those jobs are governed by the written quote we send you, which sets out the timeline, the deposit and the terms. Ask us anything before you sign it.
